Empowering teams from day one!
Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec and SISTec Ratibad conducted the Staff Induction Program – "SISTec SWAGAT" to welcome the new 'Sagarites' and instill a sense of belonging.
Through engaging sessions, the dignitaries shared valuable insights on Sagar Group’s culture, SISTec’s academic ecosystem, faculty responsibilities, and institutional values. The program also featured a self-introduction round for new joinees, an overview of HR policies, and an interactive team-building activity to enhance collaboration.
