General Rules

Cricket Tournament Specific Rules

Each inning will consist of 10 overs.

• Only one bowler can bowl a maximum of 3 overs, and the rest can bowl 2 overs each.
• Teams must complete their 10 overs within 40 minutes.
• Penalty: If the time limit is exceeded, one additional fielder must stay inside the 30-yard circle for the remaining overs.

Matches will be played with a Tennis Ball (Vicky).

Matches will follow BCCI rules, except the LBW rule.

Fielding Restrictions:

• Powerplay 1 (First 2 overs): Only 2 fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle.
• Batting Powerplay 2 (1 over at any time): Only 3 fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle.
• Post-Powerplay (After 2 overs): A maximum of 5 fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle.

All teams must wear their team jerseys.

Umpires’ decisions will be final and binding.

Badminton Tournament Specific Rules

The matches will be played in Knockout format.

The matches will be of best of 3 of 11 points.

11 will be the last point.

Mavis 350 Nylon Shuttles will be used for the matches.

Participants should bring their own Racket and sports kit.

Matches will be played in the given categories in registration form.

Table Tennis Tournament Specific Rules

The tournament will be conducted on a knockout basis.

Each match will consist of the best of three games, played to 11 points.

At 10-10 (deuce), the player who wins two consecutive points will be declared the winner of that game.

The chief referee's decision will be final and binding.

No queries or protests will be entertained after the match.

The tournament will follow the official ITTF rules.

Tug of War Specific Rules

Each team must consist of 8 members.

Matches are conducted in a best-of-3 format.

Game Mechanics:

• A red mark is placed at the center of the rope, with white marks 4 meters away on either side.
• A team wins when its white mark crosses the center.

Fouls:

• Lowering elbows below the knee.
• Prolonged contact with the ground.
• Teams receive two warnings before disqualification.

Skipping Competition Specific Rules

Speed Hop (Simple Bounce) - 30 Seconds

• Participants must perform continuous simple bounces within 30 seconds.
• Each successful jump counts as one point.
• Missing the rope will pause the score but will not disqualify the participant.

One-Leg Switch – 30 Seconds (15 Seconds Each Leg)

• Participants must skip on one leg for 15 seconds, then switch to the other leg for the remaining 15 seconds.
• Each successful jump counts as one point.
• Penalty: Switching legs before 15 seconds or failing to switch results in a 5-point penalty.

Single Dutch (Simple Bounce)

• A team event with 2 rope turners and 1 skipper.
• The skipper must perform simple bounces while the rope is turned by the team.
• Each successful jump counts as one point.
• If the rope stops, the team can restart, but the score will pause.

Standard skipping ropes will be provided; personal ropes are not allowed.

Participants must wear comfortable sports shoes and attire for safety.
