Sagar Exuberance 3.0

SISTec Business School organized a two-day Inter-College Management Fest, "Sagar Exuberance 3.0," on November 13th and 14th, 2024. The event aimed to foster managerial acumen, creativity, teamwork, a competitive spirit, and entrepreneurial skills among students.
The fest drew participation from 75 college teams, comprising over 400 students. A variety of competitions were held, including:
- Skills and Thrills (Management Games)
- Brand Combat (Marketing Puzzle and AD Making Competition)
- Vision in Frames (Poster Making Competition)
- Business Plan Competition
- Lights, Camera & AD (Video Advertisement Competition)
- Young Manch (Talent Hunt Competition)
The inaugural ceremony featured distinguished guests, including (Business Head at Pathkind Labs) Dr. Akshay Kumar Tiwari, and (Entrepreneur) Ms. Renu Nayak. Adding to the event’s appeal, SISTec students organized PRAYAS, a unique fun fair-themed ‘Two-Day Entrepreneur.’ This initiative allowed students to demonstrate their skills in finance, marketing, resource management, and operations through self-managed food stalls, applying the management principles of PODSCORB.
