Miracle of Mind Session on the occasion of World Mental Health Day

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit at Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad, in association with the Isha Foundation, organized a 'Miracle of Mind Session' on the occasion of World Mental Health Day.

Volunteers from the Isha Foundation conducted 40-minute guided sessions to boost focus for classes and studying, and to find calm when things become complex.
