The Department of Mechanical Engineering under the banner of Institutions' Innovation Council and Industry Institute Partnership Cell organized a 3 Days Workshop on "Design Thinking" from 27th-29th July 2022. Students from the different engineering branches took part in this workshop.

As an expert, Mr. Anurag Singh (Founder & Chief Designer, AMEM) explained the fundamentals of design thinking to the students. On the first day, the students were exposed to the complete concepts of design thinking. On the second day, he gave certain team activities based on design imagination and creativity for the students in the workshop. On the third day of the workshop, the expert explained the product design and considerations by many real examples.

Shri. Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal, Managing Director, Sagar Group graced the valedictory ceremony of the workshop and addressed the students regarding the importance of design thinking and how it is the foundation for any engineering project. The overall workshop benefitted a lot to the students.
