The Corporate Training Team @ SISTec Ratibad organized "Sagar Manthan 2022" for the students of the B.Tech 2023 passing out batch. Sagar Manthan is a 360° Placement Oriented Training Program with a major focus on Aptitude, Life Skills, Communication Skills, and preparatory sessions for Group Discussions, Technical Interviews, and Personal Interviews.

The theme of the program, as a priority set for all programs this year as QUALITY, was enthusiastically followed here too. Various Expert sessions such as Internet Maturity, Diet and Wellness for Professionals, Mind Management through Creative Visualization, HR Awareness, Stress Management, and Aptitude/Verbal Skills were conducted in line with Fun Activities, Quizzes, and Tests.
