The Corporate Training Team at Sagar Group of Institutions-SISTec organized "Sagar Manthan 2K22 for the B.Tech students of the 2023 batch. Sagar Manthan is a 360° Placement oriented Training Program and focuses majorly on Communication Skills, Aptitude, Life Skills, Technical Interviews, Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.

The theme of this program, as a priority set for all programs this year was "Quality". Various Expert sessions were conducted like HR Interview Skills, Internet Maturity, Aptitude & Verbal Skills in line with Quiz, tests and fun activities.
