Dr. Megha Jain has joined Sagar Group in January 2018. She is PhD in Civil Engineering from RGPV, Bhopal with specialisation in Green Buildings. She has 14 years of teaching experience and 11 years of industrial experience. She has 13 Research Papers to her credit published and presented in various national and international conferences.

Dr. Megha Jain is very polite, humble and dedicated head. Her overall experience includes a blend of academic and industrial exposure. With around 14 years of experience in teaching engineering graduates and postgraduates, she has worked in construction industry for more than 11 years. She is actively involved in research in Green Buildings. She is life time member of Indian Society of Technical Education. As Head of the department, her focus is more on practical aspects of engineering education where students are exposed to practical trainings both on software as well as on modern equipment and Internships in order to make them employable right from the day they step out of the college after their degrees. Apart from RGPV curriculum, she focuses more on trainings on modern techniques used in current construction world in order to bridge the gap between industrial requirement and university curriculum. She stresses a lot on making the students technically sound and upgraded.
