  • Deep domain expertise of Employee Engagement, Employee relations, Exit Management, Retention Management, Performance Management, HR Operations, etc
  • Experience in employee relations and attrition management is mandatory.
  • Hands on Experience on MS Office (Mainly Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Individual with high energy level, high level of initiatives, consistent and high performer in a similar role, good communicator, team player and interpersonal skill.

Job Responsibilities: In coordination with Principals and Managers at school and colleges:

  1. Assessment of training needs for all the employees (Both Academic and Administration)
  2. Conceptualising, Designing and Execution of the training modules.
  3. Identifying and grooming training resources within and outside the group.
  4. Evaluating the effectiveness of training.
  5. Maintaining Records.
  6. Organising professional development programs for the staff members.
  7. Benchmarking our HR capabilities against best in the industry and planning for fulfilling the gaps.

Compensation: INR 6 to 10 LPA (depending upon the experience of the candidate)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Education: Any post graduation, preferably MBA/PGDM.
  2. Must have experience of training and can frame the training programs after analyzing the training needs.
  3. Should be comfortable with Data Management and maintaining training status/pipeline for over 500 employees.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
